If you would like to make a change to your order once it has been placed, please contact us at hello@noemotions.co.uk or via the online chat box and we will confirm that the changes have been made.

Shipping

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking details so that you can track the journey of your parcel.

Returns & exchanges

We have a 14 day returns policy for returning items, please make sure that you are within this time frame and that they are unworn and in perfect condition. Returns are processed easily through our returns portal. and our eco-friendly packaging can be re-used to post the item back to us, you will be supplied with a returns label.

As soon as we receive the returned item, they are checked and signed off and we will issue your refund. Payment is refunded to your card or Paypal depending on how you paid and clears within 3-5 working days.

We are happy to exchange items within the 14 day returns window. This can be done easily by processing the exchange on the returns portal where you will be supplied with a returns label. Items can be sent back re-using our eco-friendly packaging.
