UK Express
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery guarantees delivery by 1pm the following day. You will receive an email with tracking details.
International
Royal Mail International tracked will vary on delivery times depending on destination and you will receive an email with tracking details.
International Customers
EU Customers
We are IOSS registered so if you are an EU customer (including Republic of Ireland) you will not be charged custom duties on orders under €150 excluding shipping costs. Your tax will be calculated at checkout, so you have total transparency on the cost of your order.
Non-EU Customers
Our sale prices and shipping costs do not include overseas customs and clearance charges. Sadly we are currently unable to calculate this charge at checkout as the cost is set by the destination country. You may incur custom charges for international orders but the VAT will be deducted at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return an item, please go to our returns portal where you will be given an option to return for refund or exchange. You will need your order number to follow easy steps to generate a returns label. Returns are refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days. Exchanges are usually sent out the same day the returned items has been received once it has been checked and restocked.

Gift Wrapping
We are happy to gift wrap your order and send it direct to the recipient. We can include a handwritten note with your message, just let us know at checkout!
We use acid free, recyclable tissue paper to wrap items and all our orders are sent out in eco-friendly packaging that can be recycled or re-used.
