Eco-Friendly
Gift Wrapping
We are happy to gift wrap your order and send it direct to the recipient. We can include a handwritten note with your message, so just let us know at checkout!
We use acid free, recyclable tissue paper to wrap items and all our orders are sent out in eco-friendly recyclable boxes and mail bags.
International Customers
EU Customers
If you live within the EU and your order is under €150 (before shipping costs) then your tax will be calculated for you at checkout. You will therefore have complete transparency on the total cost of your order before making your purchase. Equally, under our IOSS registration, there are no custom duties charged on orders under €150 (excluding shipping costs) dispatched within the EU. This applies to all EU countries, including the Republic of Ireland.
Non-EU Customers
Our sale prices and shipping costs do not include overseas customs and clearance charges. Sadly we are currently unable to calculate this charge at checkout as the cost is set by the destination country. You are likely to incur custom charges for international orders however the VAT will be deducted from your invoice at checkout.

All items should be sent back in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase and in original recyclable packaging. Our returns & exchanges are now paperless so you will no longer receive a dispatch note with your purchase.
