Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivers within 2 working days and you will receive an email with tracking details.
UK Express
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery guarantees delivery by 1pm the following day. You will receive an email with tracking details.
International
Royal Mail International tracked will vary on delivery times depending on destination and you will receive an email with tracking details.
International Customers
EU Customers
We are IOSS registered so if you are an EU customer (including Republic of Ireland) you will not be charged custom duties on orders under €150 excluding shipping costs. Your tax will be calculated at checkout, so you have total transparency on the cost of your order.
International Customers
Our sale prices and shipping costs do not include overseas customs and clearance charges. Sadly we are currently unable to calculate this charge at checkout as the cost is set by the destination country. You may incur custom charges for international orders but the VAT will be deducted at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges should be processed through our Returns Portal within a 14 day returns window. You will be asked for your order number and email or telephone number.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original form of payment. We aim to process exchanges the same day that they are received.
SALE ITEMS
We do not offer refunds on sale items are not refundable but can be exchanged for alternative items or for store credit to be spent at a later date.

Gift Wrapping
We gift wrap all orders and can send it direct to the recipient. So to include a handwritten note with your order, let us know at checkout in the notes!
We use acid free, recyclable tissue paper to wrap items and all our orders are sent out in eco-friendly packaging that can be recycled or re-used.
