RETURNS

Full-priced items are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in perfect condition for resale, with original tags attached.

Returns are processed through the returns portal, and charged at £3.00 to cover return shipping, this is deducted from your refund. You have the option to select a returns label or QR code to ship items back to us. Refunds typically clear into your account within 3-5 working days.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made against the same or different items and are free of charge. All exchanges are processed through the returns portal where you can select a QR code or return label to ship the item back to us.

BLACK FRIDAY

Archive sale purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.

Current collection discounted items are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

CHRISTMAS

We offer an extended returns window for Christmas gifts. These items are eligible for exchange or store credit up to and including Friday 5th January.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns are processed through our returns portal but it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item/s back to us.

We are unable to offer international exchanges, so in this case please return the original item and re-order the new item online.

Our returns policy

  • Sale items are final and not eligible for refund but we offer store credit instead
  • 14 day return window from the date of purchase
  • Returned items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition for resale with tags attached in order to be eligible for refund
  • Gift returns require the original order number and can be processed through the returns portal
  • Refunds are processed on receipt and typically clear within 3-5 working days
  • We charge £3.00 for refunds and original shipping costs are not included
  • We are not responsible for lost parcels sent outside our returns portal
