EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges on all items subject to stock availability. Full priced items can be processed through the return portal linked below where you can access a returns shipping label or QR code.

You can exchange for items of the same or different amount within the return portal.

Instant Exchange allows you to order your exchange in advance of returning the original item, so you can speed up the exchange process and receive it quickly.

Returns

Refunds are eligible on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in perfect condition for resale, with original tags attached.

Returns are processed through our returns portal, linked below. A £3.50 fee will be deducted from your refund for pre-paid return label. Alternatively, you are welcome to create your own return postage, but please ensure it is tracked and retain proof of postage. We do not take responsibility for lost parcels outside our return portal system.

Refunds typically clear within 3-5 working days.

SALE RETURNS

Sale items that have been discounted are typically end of line stock so are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Exchanges can be made against any other item of your choice or you can opt for store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months and will be issued to your account online to be used on a future purchase.

We do not offer refunds on sale items.

International Returns

Returns

International customers are welcome to return item/s for refund but we are unable to process international exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please return your original order and reorder your new size.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, however you will not be charged duties on returned items.

Sale items are not eligible for refund, they can be exchanged for an alternative item or for store credit.

Exchanges are dependendent on stock availability.
