UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS
Refunds are eligible on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in perfect condition for resale, with original tags attached.
Returns are processed through our returns portal, linked below. If using our prepaid Royal Mail return label, a £3.00 fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can use your own return postage, but please ensure it is tracked and retain proof of postage. We do not take responsibility for lost parcels outside our return portal system.
Refunds typically clear into your account within 3-5 working days.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are processed through our return portal, linked below. UK orders can be exchanged for items of the same or a different price depending on stock availability. You will be able to pay the price difference or receive a refund for the price difference within the return portal.
SALE
Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange may be possible subject to stock availability or we can offer store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We offer return for refund only for international orders. These can be processed through our return portal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, with no duties charged on returned items.
Our returns policy
- 14 day return window from the date of purchase
- Returned items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition for resale with tags attached in order to be eligible for refund
- Gift returns require the original order number and can be processed through the returns portal
- Refunds are processed on receipt and typically clear within 3-5 working days
- We charge £3.50 for refunds and original shipping costs are not included
- We are not responsible for lost parcels sent outside our returns portal
