RETURNS

Refunds are eligible on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in perfect condition for resale with original tags attached.

Follow easy steps on the returns portal to process your return and get access to a returns label or QR code. We charge £3.00 to cover return shipping and restock which is deducted from your refund. Refunds typically clear into your account within 3-5 working days.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made against the same or different items and are free of charge. Follow easy steps on our returns portal to access a returns label or QR code.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are non-refundable. If you wish to return them for store credit please return to: NO EMOTIONS, PO BOX 171, ALRESFORD. SO24 4BQ with your order details.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns are processed through our returns portal but it is the customer's responsibility to ship the item back to us.

We are unable to offer international exchanges, so in this case please return the original item and re-order online.

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels sent outside our returns portal
