Exchanges

We offer free exchanges, either for a new size or style through our returns portal. Subject to stock availability.

Returns

Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, they must be returned in perfect condition with original tags attached. A £3.50 return fee is deducted from your original form of payment. Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange only.

Exchanges

International exchanges are not currently available. Please process a return online and place a new order online.

Returns

International returns can be processed through our portal. The customer is responsible for return shipping but duties are not charged.

Policy

  • 14 day return window from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and have their original tags attached.
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only (valid for 12 months). No refunds.
  • Refunds are processed on receipt and usually clear within 3–5 working days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items sent back outside our return portal are the responsibility of the customer.
