Returns and Exchanges

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help!

If you would like to return an item simply follow easy steps on our Returns Portal. You will be asked for your order number and postcode and a small handling fee is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.  Once received, we will check the item and notify you on your refund status, refunds are made to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Exchanges are free. Simply follow the easy steps on our Returns Portal where you will be asked for your order number & postcode. You will be issued with a free returns label and once received and checked, we will send out your exchange same day.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns and we cover the costs for exchanges.

International customers can return items for a refund or exchange however you are responsible for shipping charges incurred for returning the item(s) to us.

All items should be sent back in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase and in original recyclable packaging.  Our returns & exchanges are now paperless so you will no longer receive a dispatch note with your purchase.
