We totally understand that stress free shopping is all about trying stuff on at home. You also may want to try out several sizes to find your best fit. We want to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible - so if you'd like to exchange an item or have changed your mind, please just go to our Returns Portal and follow the easy steps to generating a pre-paid shipping label.
All items should be returned unworn and in perfect condition with labels attached and ideally in their originally packaging. We endeavour to process your refund or exchange the same day that we receive it.
